Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our registered prescriber.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our authorised prescribers following an online consultation. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical assessment.
By completing a consultation, you confirm that all health information you provide is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and/or termination of your account.
Our pharmacist and prescribers retain the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any prescription at their professional discretion. A prescription cannot be transferred to another pharmacy unless requested in writing.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription medication unless your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our prescriber. If your prescription is declined, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail or courier delays outside our control.
Orders are delivered in plain, discreet packaging to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
Refunds for consultation fees where no prescription has been issued will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds if treatment is declined due to clinical unsuitability.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for guidance purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. If you experience side effects or a medical emergency, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical attention or call 999.
We strongly recommend informing your GP that you are receiving weight loss treatment through our service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
